20 lock gates are set at the entrances of every
exhibition hall. Exhibition hall c has 6 gate, other halls
have 4 or 3. Adopting this electronic card controlling system
will provide a good environment for visiting, negotiation and
investing. The card locks can read different kinds of cards
and control the total amount of people in exhibition halls. 2.

The registration of the card. Communication

Signal magnifying system. China Mobile Communication
Bureau provides a signal magnifying system supporting 15,000
mobile phones inside of the exhibition hall. China Unicom also
provide a signal magnifying system supporting 6,000 mobile
phones. 3. 1,500
telephones are provided for organizing committee's office, hotel, computer
rooms, janitor¡¯s rooms and other offices inside of the conference and
exhibition center building. 4. 300 IC card and bankcard public telephones are provided
in every exhibition units and in every floor. 5. Several secured telephones are provided for the special uses of VIP and delegates Network
system 2. The exchanging capacity of the network: the estimated maximum capacity allows 1,200 users use the network simultaneously. The portion is like this, 700 users in the exhibition halls, 200 users in the office and public information service, 200 users for network center and 100 users in the wing building. The interior network can directly link to the Internet through router. 3. The Telecom Bureau will set up an ATM in the Conference
& Exhibition Center. At that time, the situation of
business and exhibition will be transmit to every major
hotels. 4. VOD
can be made directly through the network. Information
Service System (under construction) 1. Announcing
and inquiring of information: providing the relative policies and laws
of the country and the region, announcing relative information before,
during and after the CIFIT. 2. Advocating the exhibition center and the exhibitions:
introducing the cultural and geographical environment of
Xiamen, the survey of the exhibition center, the service in
the center and the plan of exhibitions. 3. Demanding and sending the invitation: sending
invitation through emails and online notices, setting up
demands and receipts mailbox to follow the invitations. 4. Reservation service: making reservations for exhibition
booth, exhibition equipment and other facilities through
Internet, enabling organizers to make rational arrangements
depending on reservations and making registration and
administration of participants through database. Conference
system 1.
International Conference hall: equipped with 60 inset
and 160 mobile delegation facilities for speaking, voting,
displaying Chinese information, verifying IC identity cards
and simultaneous interpreting, also equipped with fixed and
mobile infrared 6+1 simultaneous interpreting system, camera
following, video frequency and VGA transform system and
Crestron conference controlling system. 2.
Ballroom: equipped with 6 mobile interpreter's units, fixed and
mobile infrared 6+1 simultaneous interpreting system, 600 infrared 6+1
simultaneous interpreting receivers (including earphones), among which
300 are sunlight type; also equipped with conference sign in system, camera
following, video frequency and VGA transform system and Crestron conference
controlling system; interfaces of wireless voting system are preserved.
3. Other conference rooms: interfaces of conference
systems are preserved and can use the above and other mobile
conference (simultaneous interpreting) systems and can install
mobile conference (simultaneous interpreting) systems whenever
it is needed. |
