The procedure for the overseas exhibit (including those need to be shifted
between customs and those tariff protective items) will
all be handled by "Customs clear agency".

The detailed list of exhibits that need to be declared to
the customs must be hand in to the "Customs clear
Agency" before Aug. 25. The exhibition items shall
be listed separately and clearly.
3.
Those exhibits for sold or senting as gifts can only be
sold and sented after the relative customs procedures are
accomplished. The relative customs procedures for the items
that are commodities controlled by state ration card (such
as, cigarette, wine, cars and etc.) must be accomplished.
Please contast Xiamen Luhai Economic Developing Company
for information or entruste it as the agent to handle all the
relative procedures.
4.
All the pledging procedure of the exhibits that are not timely
entrusted to accomplish the declaration to customs will be
handled by the “customs clear agency” after the
examination and verification of the “Customs Passing
Coordination Group”. Who will apply for guranttee letter
prousure for the exhibits.
5.
Overseas exhibitors have to provide letter of entrustment for declaration to customs.
6.
Please fill in the attached detailed list of exhibits according
to the facts both in English and Chinese and send it in
advance. Other attached list and documents are:
1)
Transportation documents (including lading bill of sea, land and air
transportation, detail list of declaration of dutiable
goods).
2)
invoice
3)
detailed list of loading
4)
Relative bills and certificates, such as, the certificates of Commodity
Inspection and Quarantine of Animals & Plants.
7.
Please do not pack up daily
necessities that are not exhibit, such as, articles
for daily use, clothes, food and etc in the container.
8.
The exhibit items must arrive in the port 8 days before exhibition open
date.
9.The
exhibit that will be sold must be imported at the
same time when they are declared and passing the customs.
10.Without permission of the customs, no exhibition items shall be
sold or presented as gifts in the exhibition,
except advertising and consulting.
11.After
the detailed lists arrive in Xiamen Luhai Economic
Developing Company, the participants need not only pay all
the costs that are explained in the list of Transportation
cost for overseas exhibits, but also pay the deposit
in cash(estimated according to calculated customs
tariff rate), in order to pay off all the custom fees after
the exhibition. If the exhibit need to be transport
back, the exhibitor also need to pay the fees for the
appointed bonded warehouse and the return transportation
fee,
according to the demands of the customs.
The
quotes in the list are the preferential prices during
the 4th CIFIT.
